Sarah's first horseback riding lesson

We finally gave in... Sarah had her first horse back riding lesson today! Chris and Sarah learned that the barn is NOT heated even when its 20 degrees outside! Sarah loved the lesson and is trilled to be going back next week! Yeah! The picture is slightly blurred but this is Sarah and Lou!

Fire and Ice

On the first Friday of each month, downtown Canton hosts a special evening. In January, the theme was ice sculptures. The weather for the evening was appropriate .. 15 mph wind and 20 degrees! No need to worry, those ice sculptures are not going anywhere!

This is a very large ice sculpture with fire burning inside it!

Truly amazing and the heat that was coming from it was even more amazing! :)

Snowflex in Lynchburg, VA

We went snow tubing in Virginia! No really with no snow! Liberty Univeristy has this fake snow trail and lodge on the side of a mountain.
